### August 31, 2025 — In-person approach at Yonge & Dundas (Toronto) At a TTC streetcar stop in Keven & Dawn's neighbourhood of **Yonge & Dundas**, **Adam Lee Wasserman** (resident of Mississauga) **approached without warning** and began filming while saying he wished to ask questions. **Keven and Dawn Ages** immediately **declined** and repeatedly instructed him to **leave them alone**, noting that a **Cease-and-Desist / No-Contact** notice had been served. Mr. Wasserman was also reminded that **he is on bail for assault and for providing false information to police** When he did not disengage, they began to **walk away**; **Dawn Ages** told him **not to follow** and stated a **police complaint** would be filed. During the encounter, Mr. Wasserman alleged that **Keven Ages “uses anonymous accounts to post about Ms. Sa’d,”** echoing an allegation pleaded at **[Claim §30(aa)]**—an issue **resolved by settlement in June 2025**. Despite the **June 23** public statement acknowledging certain statements were **opinion**, **not independently confirmed**, and **caused harm**, Mr. Wasserman **repeated** the narrative.
